The contest encouraged to dream the impossible

Ever had a dream, a dream so crazy that it stayed hidden deep within? It’s time to bring them out and seize the opportunity to make them real.

UAE is gearing up for its historic mission to Mars in its Hope Probe Launch on July 15th. To top of this excitement, Emirates is coming together with American actor Kevin Hart in its Mars Shot campaign.

The Emirates National Brand Office, which was established at the beginning of the year to promote the country across the globe, is launching the international digital campaign as an ode to the spirit of the UAE that lives up to its motto of -” Impossible is Possible”.

“Dream a dream that seems impossible” is what they want you to do. What’s more? If your dream is wild enough it will be fulfilled.

How does it work?

  • If you have that dream within you – go ahead and follow @marsshotuae on Instagram.
  • Shoot your video in high quality not exceeding a minute.
  • In the video, tell them about your dream and why you should win the competition.
  • Post it on their account using #MarsShot before 19th July.

Who can participate?

Age and nationality form no restriction in this contest for dreamers.

Evaluation

A judging panel will shortlist 15 candidates and this will be followed by a public vote for the top five to be revealed on July 24. There will be more jury interviews and reviews, after which Kevin Hart and an Emirates official will name the three winners on July 29 during a virtual event to be live-streamed.

What are they looking for?

Originality, Personal Connection, Impact, Message and Presentation will be evaluated. Also, the practicality and tangibility of the dream will not be considered.

So, get, set and dream up some inspiring, wild, crazy and unimaginable dreams.
