Dubai-based business conglomerate, Al-Futtaim has launched its new car subscription service, MOOV, designed to provide convenient and sustainable mobility for the growing demand of customers across the UAE.

MOOV By Al-Futtaim promotes a “your car, your way” concept, which primarily caters to the modern consumer’s ever-changing lifestyle and pursuit of practicality.

Through MOOV By Al-Futtaim, subscribers can customize a flexible and affordable package, a driving period of one to 18 months, as well as a monthly mileage allowance from 2,000 to 5,000 kilometers. Users could access a wide range of car models and trims by signing up for a short-term, no-commitment subscription, which includes a 100-point check and free delivery to their door at no extra charge.

The MOOV By Al-Futtaim platform offers a seamless online experience that ensures quick booking, with subscribers enjoying complete transparency throughout their journey and a paperless procedure for efficiency and sustainability.

“Al-Futtaim’s entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enable us to continue to expand and diversify our mobility offering, responding to our customers’ changing needs. With MOOV By Al-Futtaim, we are at the forefront of this increased industry focus on sustainability and will address the growth in market demand for accessible, sustainable mobility.”

According to reports, UAE consumers are deliberately avoiding big-ticket investments, including cars, in a post-pandemic world. Researches have found that, despite declining car prices in 2020-2021, many consumers are still unable to afford or are unwilling to commit to buying a new vehicle.

In addition to maintenance, service, insurance, and convenient vehicle replacements, MOOV By Al-Futtaim offers 24-hour roadside assistance. Subscribers have the option of switching to an available car model of their choice at any time during their subscription period.
