The Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI) in Dubai’s  Land Department (DLD) has launched an employment and real estate training platform MASAR in partnership with Bloovo Middle East.

This first of its kind portal supports AI matching resumes and job descriptions to help the job seekers.

The new platform offers opportunities for professionals in different real estate fields to check for job opportunities in their respective fields. It also helps specialist businesses to sell their platform opportunities in return for a charge when they subscribe to the service.

This smart platform engages the requirements of all stakeholders in the real estate sector, including individuals and businesses, especially as it takes into account the qualifications and experiences needed and supports to achieve continued success in various career paths in real estate.

“MASAR is a link between DREI graduates or specialists in various real estate fields and companies specialized in the real estate field. The platform helps achieve several strategic goals, most prominently the effective partnership between all parties to enable DREI’s graduates to benefit from their capabilities and experiences when joining the labour market.”

DREI services

DREI, as the platform supervising body, provides registered graduates with the requisite resources as well as provides them with training and certification opportunities to develop their skills and direct them so that they can make the most of this opportunity. The platform also works to link with programs designed for citizens.

The platform also helps real estate companies to advertise work in the real estate industry, with the opportunity to connect with the top ten DREI graduates and obtain the job page of a business connected to the MASAR site. By having their profiles published to improve their chances of getting work, job seekers would benefit from several resources, including having their CVs featured on the website and social media promotion. They can also benefit from online lessons and real estate course enrollment.

The DREI graduates and specialists in various real estate sectors can register through the official online portal to be part of it.
