Qatar’s QNB titled ‘Strongest Bank in the Arab World 2021’ by WUAB

Qatar-based multinational commercial financial institution, Qatar National Bank (QNB) has been named as the ‘Strongest Bank in the Arab World 2021’ at the Banking Excellence and Achievement Awards ceremony, which is organized by the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB).

A number of dignitaries, economic and media figures, as well as notable leaders in the banking and technology industries from the Arab region and around the world, attended the ceremony.

This annual award honors Arab banking and financial institutions for their efforts to create new services and solutions while also improving the digital consumer experience.

According to the statement, the renowned award recognizes the Group’s exceptional financial performance, asset development, and effective business strategy, solidifying its position as a regional banking leader.

“This achievement also reflects the success of the group’s strategy in addressing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and its continuous efforts to develop innovative and secure digital banking solutions and services via the Internet and mobile,” as per the statement.

QNB Group, currently ranked as the most valuable bank brand in the Middle East and Africa, is proud to be the Official Middle East and Africa Supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
