King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Nestlé Saudi Arabia to establish a joint framework for collaboration in the fields of packaging, agriculture, and food technology.

By leveraging KAUST’s world-class research ecosystem, which includes scientists from over 120 nationalities, alongside Nestlé’s global expertise in food technology, the partnership is poised to drive advanced research in food and nutrition sciences.
The goal is to develop practical, science-backed solutions that promote healthier lifestyles, improve environmental sustainability, and address key challenges related to food security.
