Qatar’s Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani has inaugurated the 22nd edition of ‘Project Qatar 2026’ at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
Running till June 11, 2026, the exhibition serves as a platform for showcasing industry developments, fostering collaboration and supporting innovation across key sectors.
Following the inauguration, the minister toured the exhibition pavilions and reviewed the latest products, technologies and innovative solutions in building, construction and infrastructure showcased by participating local and international companies and institutions.
His Excellency praised the exhibition for bringing together investors, companies and entrepreneurs, noting that it helps strengthen partnerships, facilitate the exchange of expertise and explore investment opportunities.
The minister further commented that the project Qatar 2026 event supports the growth of economic activities in line with the state’s economic diversification efforts and the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
Broad industry participation at Project Qatar 2026
The 22nd edition of Project Qatar 2026 has attracted wide participation from local and international companies, government entities and industry leaders from the construction and industrial sectors.
Held under the theme ‘Manufacture, Build, Innovate‘, the exhibition highlights the ongoing transformation of Qatar’s construction, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. The event aims to promote integration between industry, technology and smart building solutions in support of sustainable development goals and Qatar National Vision 2030.

This year’s edition features 145 exhibitors, including 120 local companies and 25 international firms representing sectors such as construction, building materials, industrial technologies, energy, engineering services, smart city solutions and sustainable infrastructure.
The strong participation reflects growing confidence in the Qatari market and its continued attractiveness for high-value investments and strategic partnerships.
