Kease, a Saudi smart housing and hospitality platform, has entered into a partnership with Bonsai Real Estate to exclusively manage and operate the Bonsai Residential Complex in Riyadh on behalf of investors and property owners.
The agreement was signed during the advanced construction phase of the project and focuses on integrating development and operational planning in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives for the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Under the partnership, Kease will provide operational and technical consultancy during construction to support the integration of PropTech solutions and smart residential systems across the complex.
The agreement also includes return on investment (ROI) assessments for individual units, enabling investors and property owners to evaluate projected financial performance prior to project completion.
In addition, the partnership includes arrangements with interior design and furnishing companies to support unit furnishing and operational readiness following construction completion.
Kease will also use market analytics and consumer data to support pricing and operational decisions for the residential complex, with the aim of improving occupancy levels and long-term asset performance.
Upon completion, the project will include smart residential systems such as digital access and self-entry technologies. Kease will oversee hospitality operations, maintenance services, and leasing activities for the complex.
The companies affirmed that the project’s location near the Riyadh Metro and King Salman Park is expected to support demand from corporate and hospitality segments in Riyadh.
The partnership reflects the increasing use of integrated operational models in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, particularly in projects focused on smart infrastructure and managed residential assets.
