Polygant, a Gulf-focused PropTech company, has launched RE.Platform Explorer, a publicly accessible map and catalog of real estate projects across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ahead of Saudi Arabia’s 2026 regulatory shift allowing direct foreign ownership of property.

The move is expected to drive strong demand for structured, English-language real estate data among international investors.

Addressing the digital infrastructure gap

Despite Saudi Arabia’s real estate market being valued at over $160 billion and expected to grow nearly 8 percent annually, many developers still lack structured digital infrastructure, including English-language websites, standardized project listings, and live unit availability.

RE.Platform Explorer aims to bridge this gap by aggregating projects from Saudi and UAE developers into a searchable platform, displaying project location, unit types, pricing, construction status, and ROI. Each developer receives a dedicated public profile accessible to international buyers and investors.

Supporting Vision 2030 and PropTech growth

The platform aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to increase homeownership to 70%, expand the real estate sector’s GDP contribution, and build a digitally enabled investment ecosystem.

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has highlighted PropTech as a key pillar of the sector’s modernization, with the Saudi PropTech market projected to reach $2.48 billion by 2030 at a CAGR of 19 percent.

RE.Platform Explorer serves as digital infrastructure for developers rather than a consumer portal. It enables developers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to manage sales, availability, and leads within a single platform.

How the RE.Platform Explorer works

RE.Platform Explorer operates on two levels:

Explorer: A public aggregation layer with a searchable map and catalog, filterable by country, city, project type, and status. Initially covering Saudi Arabia and UAE, with Qatar and Bahrain planned.

Developer profiles: Each developer receives a dedicated page featuring project portfolios, live unit availability, floor plans, and pricing, managed through RE.Platform’s backoffice and CRM.

“Saudi Arabia’s regulatory shift toward foreign ownership is a structural change, not a trend cycle. Developers who establish a credible digital presence now will be first in line when international capital starts moving into the market. RE.Platform Explorer is designed to make that transition as straightforward as possible, every developer in our system gets a public profile that is indexed, searchable, and available to international audiences from day one.”

The platform provides a full SaaS environment for developers, combining catalog management, visual floor plans, CRM, bookings, and payments in one integrated system, aimed at supporting in-house sales teams and accelerating digital adoption in the region’s real estate sector.
