THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, one of the region’s leading food and beverage trade exhibitions, has officially opened at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, bringing together global industry leaders, exhibitors, buyers, and innovators for its largest edition to date.
Running from May 26 to 30, 2026, in Bangkok, the THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 spans 12 halls across more than 140,000 square meters and has expanded this year to include Hall 4, the F&B Idea Engine, a dedicated space designed to showcase innovation and emerging industry trends for buyers and brands.
The exhibition is jointly organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) under Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse, one of the world’s leading trade fair organizers.

According to the statement, a key addition this year is Hall 4, which brings together New-to-Market Street, the THAIFEX – ANUGA Startup showcase, and THAIFEX tasteInnovation award-winning products, making it the destination for buyers tracking first-time launches, emerging brands, and innovations yet to reach mainstream distribution.
THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 features a range of special events designed to highlight innovation, industry trends, and business opportunities across the global food and beverage sector. Key highlights include curated showcases of emerging F&B products, live demonstrations, and themed exhibition zones that bring together cutting-edge ideas and market-ready solutions.
The event also hosts expert-led seminars, trend briefings, and knowledge-sharing sessions under the ‘F&B Idea Engine,’ offering insights into evolving consumer preferences, sustainability, and future food technologies.
In addition, business matching programs and networking platforms are organized to connect buyers, distributors, and exhibitors, enabling active sourcing and facilitating international trade collaborations within a highly dynamic marketplace.
