AUM Development has launched Ryze Residences in Warsan, introducing a 93-unit residential project aimed at serving Dubai’s expanding academic and professional workforce.
The development features a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from $163,100 (AED 599,000). The project is offered with a 40/60 payment plan targeting both end-users and investors.
The residential units in Ryze Residences include studios averaging 382 sq. ft., one-bedroom apartments averaging 891 sq. ft., and two-bedroom apartments measuring 1,936 sq. ft.
Ryze Residences forms part of AUM Development’s growing residential and commercial portfolio. The Dubai-based developer has more than two decades of experience and has invested over $490 million (AED 1.8 billion) in real estate projects. The company operates as a fully equity-funded developer focused exclusively on real estate development.
Located in Warsan, the project is situated near Dubai Academic City, which hosts more than 30 international universities. The area is also seeing increased connectivity with improving road infrastructure, access to International City and a planned metro expansion.
