Zoya Developments has launched Elinor, a residential project in Dubai South with an investment of $30 million (AED 110 million), marking its third development in the district.
The company stated that the project supports its long-term growth strategy in Dubai South, one of the emirate’s fastest-growing residential areas, while reflecting confidence in the district’s appeal to homebuyers and investors.
Dubai South continues to gain momentum as a residential and investment destination, supported by infrastructure projects, improved transport connectivity and the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.
Zoya said rising demand for well-connected communities and government-led development are driving growth in the area, with Elinor contributing to Dubai’s long-term urban development plans.
The company said Elinor has been designed to meet evolving market demand by offering contemporary homes in a location with strong connectivity, quality construction and investment potential. The project also expands Zoya Developments’ portfolio in Dubai South.
Zoya Developments stated that the project is being launched in partnership with First Palm Properties, the exclusive channel partner, while Maple has been appointed as project consultant to support the development’s market launch.
