Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has rolled out the availability of Eid banknotes through its Extreme Teller Machines (XTMs) for the first time, enhancing convenience for its customers during the festive season.
KFH-Bahrain stated that the initiative aligns with its strategy to deliver innovative banking solutions that enhance accessibility and provide customers with a seamless and convenient banking experience.
The service will be available through three Extreme Teller Machines (XTMs) located at its Adliya and Manama branches, with two machines installed at Adliya and one at Manama. Through these interactive devices, customers can conveniently withdraw newly issued banknotes designated for ‘Eidiya’, the traditional cash gift exchanged during Eid, enabling fast and efficient transactions.
KFH-Bahrain noted that the service is available to its customers and can be accessed using their Personal Identity Card (CPR) through the designated Extreme Teller Machines (XTMs). The new Eid banknotes will be available starting Monday, March 15, and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability while supplies last.
KFH-Bahrain asserted that the launch forms part of its ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience by introducing advanced and innovative banking solutions tailored to customers’ evolving needs, particularly during festive seasons and public holidays.
The bank also encouraged customers to visit its official website to locate the nearest branches or ATMs and to follow its Instagram account for the latest updates and services. Customers can also access a wide range of digital banking services through the bank’s mobile app, enabling them to complete transactions easily, securely, and conveniently anytime and from anywhere.
