Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have unveiled Nammos Ras El Hekma, the hospitality brand’s first fully integrated destination in Egypt, to be developed on the country’s North Coast.

Located within the Wadi Yemm precinct, the project will comprise Nammos Residences, Nammos Resort, Nammos Village, and the Nammos Restaurant & Beach Club, alongside dining, wellness, retail and leisure offerings.

The development forms part of the $35 billion Ras El Hekma masterplan, a 170.8 million-square-metre project on Egypt’s North Coast expected to attract $110 billion in investment by 2045.

Nammos mixed-use hospitality destination

Nammos Residences will feature 72 apartments with one to four bedrooms and a penthouse, while the resort will include 79 hotel keys across five accommodation categories.

The project will also offer wellness and fitness facilities, spa amenities, swimming pools, private dining venues, a kids’ club and direct access to hospitality experiences integrated across the destination.

At the center of the development, Nammos Village will combine retail, wellness and art in a Mediterranean-inspired setting designed to complement Ras El Hekma’s coastal environment.

Part of wider Ras El Hekma development

The project is being developed within Wadi Yemm, the first of Ras El Hekma’s 17 precincts to enter the delivery phase. The precinct will also include cultural landmarks as part of the wider vision to establish Ras El Hekma as a year-round Mediterranean destination.

The project is a natural extension of that vision, introducing a distinctive lifestyle offering that further enhances the destination’s appeal to residents, visitors and investors alike.”

Petros Stathis, Chairman of Nammos, commented that, “The launch marks an important milestone in our global growth strategy. Egypt’s North Coast is rapidly establishing itself as a world-class destination, and Ras El Hekma provides an exceptional platform for the continued expansion of the brand.”

Carolyn Turnbull, CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts, said that, “The project has been designed as a place where hospitality, residences and lifestyle come together in a seamless and authentic way. Inspired by the energy, elegance and spirit that have defined the brand for more than two decades, the destination will create exceptional experiences that connect people and celebrate life.”
