stc Bahrain has launched Mastercard’s Click to Pay service, becoming the first telecommunications provider in Bahrain to introduce the secure online payment solution.
The feature is now available through the My stc BH app, enabling customers to complete payments and purchases with a single click.
The service allows users to pay bills, purchase add-ons, and buy digital gift cards through a simplified checkout process. It is designed to improve transaction speed and convenience for customers using digital platforms.
Mastercard’s Click to Pay offers a streamlined online payment experience by removing the need for manual card entry during transactions.
Users can store multiple debit or credit cards within the system and select their preferred payment method at checkout. The solution is also compatible across platforms, supporting a consistent e-commerce experience.
The system incorporates security features such as encryption and tokenization to protect user data and reduce the risk of fraud, in line with international standards for digital payments.
