Aldar and PureHealth have entered into a strategic partnership to design and develop health longevity-focused communities in Abu Dhabi, integrating technology, healthcare and wellness into everyday living in line with the UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for health longevity and sustainable living.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will explore innovative approaches to embed wellness and preventive healthcare into community planning, from the design of homes and neighborhoods to everyday experiences that promote long-term wellbeing.
The partnership will combine PureHealth’s clinical expertise with Aldar’s data-driven approach to community development to translate longevity science into practical, scalable solutions aimed at enhancing quality of life and supporting healthier, more connected communities.

The collaboration will also create opportunities for joint research, knowledge exchange and the measurement of health outcomes. In addition, Aldar and PureHealth will assess opportunities to introduce pilot initiatives across selected communities and assets to help shape future models that integrate healthcare, technology and the built environment.
