Inception42, an AI-powered products and solutions company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi-based NXT Holding to strengthen collaboration on artificial intelligence across the UAE and international markets.
The agreement establishes a strategic framework covering five key areas: AI consulting, training and upskilling, enterprise AI solutions, product distribution, and joint business development.
The MoU was signed by Ashish Koshy, Chief Executive Officer of Inception42, and Sara AlAhbabi, Director of SPVs and Portfolio Relations at NXT Holding. The partnership aims to accelerate responsible AI adoption by combining the strengths of both organizations.
Under the agreement, Inception42 will combine its sovereign, enterprise-grade AI capabilities with NXT Holding’s ecosystem of operating companies to deliver advanced AI solutions for governments and enterprises across multiple sectors.
The collaboration will cover strategic advisory, AI deployment, operational integration and technology implementation, enabling organizations in regional and international markets to accelerate AI adoption, enhance efficiency and unlock new opportunities through innovative solutions.
