Tasama Business Services Company, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Woolpert Middle East to launch the ‘Digital Reality’ initiative to support digital infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

The partnership was announced alongside the opening of Woolpert Middle East’s regional headquarters in Riyadh. The agreement brings together Tasama’s business services capabilities and Woolpert’s expertise in engineering and digital technology to support projects across the Kingdom.

Tasama provides integrated business solutions and services focused on operational efficiency, digital transformation, and the delivery of national projects.

Woolpert, a US-based engineering and technology company founded in 1911, provides geospatial, engineering, and digital infrastructure solutions and has expanded its global presence through acquisitions and international growth.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on the Digital Reality initiative to support the delivery of major and gigaprojects in Saudi Arabia.

The initiative addresses growing demand for advanced digital solutions while supporting accreditation and qualification processes for project implementation.

The collaboration will focus on providing three-dimensional (3D) and four-dimensional (4D) modeling technologies, digital infrastructure solutions, and related technical services.

These capabilities are expected to assist organizations in project planning, execution, and asset management while improving operational efficiency.

According to the companies, the initiative will also support projects across several sectors, including asset management, real estate management, resource management, and environmental sustainability. By combining their technical capabilities, Tasama and Woolpert provide digital solutions that facilitate infrastructure development and project delivery.

The agreement aligns with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation objectives by supporting the adoption of advanced technologies in infrastructure and development projects. It also promotes the use of digital engineering and data-driven solutions to enhance project delivery.

The partnership combines the expertise of both companies to deliver technology-enabled services for large-scale projects while supporting urban development and digital transformation in Saudi Arabia.
