Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and Facebook has announced that they would relaunch their joint initiative “She means business” that provides entrepreneur training to female entrepreneurs.

The relaunched edition has much more to offer in terms of content and delivery with two varying tracks within the curriculum. The Beginner’s Track is for aspiring entrepreneurs and who are about to embark on their business journey. The advanced track is relevant to current SME owners as the sessions can help them stay connected to their customers. Modules have also been added that discuss the effect of the current crisis on the businesses and the ways to overcome them.

The program will equip the participants to improve the marketing and eCommerce aspects of their business and is focussed on training and supporting 1,300 female entrepreneurs.

Through the collaborative effort, Khalifa Funds is contributing to the expanding SME business in UAE. It also supports Abu Dhabi’s initiative to transform the Emirate into a business hotspot for women entrepreneurs.

She noted that “the program will allow female entrepreneurs to access a wide range of essential information, improve their skills, and network with like-minded women around the world. It will also fast track and advance their understanding of how to optimize social media in order to generate effective results in their business ventures; resulting in an impactful contribution to the technology and innovation sector”.
