Global Partners Limited (GP), a DFSA-regulated institutional fund manager, has appointed Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) as the main contractor for Eden House The Park.
With enabling works now completed at the project site, DCC will lead the delivery of construction on Eden House The Park, which is expected to be completed in 2027.
