Alizz Islamic Bank has partnered with Injaz Oman to launch a development program aimed at supporting 200 students with special needs by equipping them with self-development and employability skills.

The program is designed to prepare participants for future education and employment through 15 specialized training modules covering personal development, effective communication, confidence building, workplace readiness, entrepreneurship, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving and other essential life skills.

The initiative is intended to strengthen participants’ personal, social and professional capabilities while promoting inclusion and enhancing future employment opportunities.

The program builds on the longstanding partnership between Alizz Islamic Bank and Injaz Oman, which previously delivered financial literacy programs benefiting more than 1,000 students from schools across the Sultanate.
