Abu Dhabi launches ‘TAMM Mobile Solutions’ with drive-through facilities

Abu Dhabi’s Higher Committee of Digital Government has unveiled ‘TAMM Mobile Solutions,’ which includes ‘TAMM Van’ and a ‘TAMM Mobile Service Centre,’ offering a ‘Drive-Through’ option for individuals to access government services with a single touch.

The TAMM Mobile Solutions is launched as part of the ‘TAMM Cares’ initiative, which seeks to improve the quality of life in Abu Dhabi by giving residents easier and more secure access to digital government services and involving them in building a government experience that meets their needs.

‘TAMM Van’ is a solution for People of Determination, senior citizens and residents, and others who are unable to visit TAMM service centers. They can complete their government services without leaving their house or at any location that is convenient to them through the ‘TAMM Van.’ They can easily request the ‘TAMM car’ by calling the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre and will be guided by a team of professionals.

The ‘TAMM Mobile Service Centre,’ on the other hand, intends to bring government services closer to the Emiratis to save time and effort and it focuses especially on those who live in remote areas.

“TAMM Mobile Solutions aim to reach various segments of society in Abu Dhabi and engage the public in creating their own government experience. Through the newly launched initiative, we can extend a new generation of digital services in line with our commitment to improving government efficiency in the emirate.”

According to Mr. Al Ketbi, the TAMM Mobile Solutions are in line with the Abu Dhabi Government’s goal of expanding the emirate’s standard of living through service excellence. The ‘TAMM Mobile Solutions’ initiative, which aims to address the needs of the public is a single gateway to the development of new government services that exceed people’s expectations. It will serve as a platform for Abu Dhabi’s long-term development.

The first ‘TAMM Mobile Service Centre’ will be established on Al Hudayriat Island, a major tourist attraction in the emirate, and will be followed by other locations in the near future. Customers can carry transactions in a self-service area, which comprises a waiting room, a one-on-one assistance corner.
