AD Ports Group, a leading global enabler of trade, industry and logistics solutions, has confirmed that all operations across its clusters continue as normal in light of current regional developments.

As a precaution, the Group has activated its crisis management and business continuity plans in coordination with relevant UAE authorities to protect its employees, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining seamless services for customers.

All UAE ports and terminals operated by the Group’s Ports Cluster, along with all associated marine, cargo handling and support services, continue to function normally, delivering uninterrupted operations across the network.

Although vessel traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has decreased, leading to an expected dip in calls at Khalifa Port, operations at the port remain fully active and uninterrupted. The Group anticipates higher volumes across its diversified global maritime network as trade routes adjust in response to evolving regional developments.

Within the Maritime and Shipping Cluster, most of the Group’s 122 vessels, including container, bulk, Ro-Ro, and multipurpose ships, are operating outside the Strait of Hormuz.

Those currently in the Strait continue to provide intra-Gulf services. Overall, the impact on the Maritime and Shipping Cluster is projected to be minimal, with the Economic Cities and Free Zones and Logistics Clusters also expected to see limited effects.
