National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has entered into a partnership with the American International University (AIU) to offer collaborative and innovative training programs and professional development workshops.
The MoU was signed by Emad Al-Ablani, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at NBK and Nael Alawadhi, Member of Board of Trustees at AIU. The signing ceremony was also attended by officials from both institutions.
The agreement enables NBK representatives to take part in training programs and workshops organized by the university. In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, specialized training programs will also be carried out for NBK employees, strengthening partnership in the field of professional development while enhancing professional competencies.
AIU will share its activities with the bank to explore sponsorship opportunities, and it will provide NBK with access to campus, to attend different workshops and activities.
To support students doing part-time work at NBK, AIU will adjust their schedules in line with their professional obligations, highlighting the two institutions’ commitment to supporting continued education and professional development.
This initiative is part of NBK’s dedication to fostering social responsibility and education, as it firmly believes that the education is a key enabler of sustainable future.
