Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global technology company Zoho to provide its business community with access to essential digital tools for managing and running their companies.

The collaboration grants RAKEZ-registered companies access to Zoho’s cloud-based business applications, equipping them with integrated solutions to manage essential operational functions more efficiently.

Digital support credits

Under the agreement, eligible RAKEZ-registered businesses across the UAE will receive wallet credits of up to US$1,000. These credits will allow companies to adopt Zoho’s integrated applications covering key business areas such as accounting and invoicing, customer relationship management (CRM), human resources, internal collaboration, operations management, and analytics reporting.

The initiative is designed to help companies digitize core processes, reduce administrative burdens, and gain real-time visibility into performance metrics.

The MoU was formalized at Compass Coworking Centre in Ras Al Khaimah by Puneet Jain, Chief Strategic Officer at RAKEZ, and Prem Anand, Associate Director and Strategic Growth at Zoho. The signing reflects a shared commitment to empowering businesses with scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions.
