Riyadh Air has opened ticket sales for its new daily direct service between Dhaka and Riyadh, with flights scheduled to begin on August 7, 2026, marking the latest expansion of Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier’s international network.

The new route will connect Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka (DAC) with King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh (RUH), meeting rising passenger demand between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia while strengthening air connectivity between South Asia and the Middle East. The service is expected to support business, leisure and visiting friends and relatives (VFR) travel, while enhancing access to Riyadh Air’s expanding international network.

From August 7, 2026, the airline will operate the route using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, offering daily non-stop flights between the two capitals as part of its expanding international operations.

The launch reflects Riyadh Air’s expansion into Bangladesh, one of South Asia’s growing aviation markets. Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh share longstanding diplomatic and economic ties, with the new service expected to support business, leisure and visiting friends and relatives (VFR) travel between the two countries.

The airline said that the route will provide Bangladeshi travelers with direct access to Riyadh’s business, tourism and entertainment offerings, while also offering onward connectivity through Riyadh Air’s expanding network and codeshare partnerships.

Tickets are available through the Riyadh Air mobile app, the airline’s website, riyadhair.com, and authorized travel agents and booking platforms. Travelers can also enroll in Riyadh Air’s Sfeer loyalty program as Founding Members to access benefits including a Best Offer Guarantee, complimentary Wi-Fi and reward points from their first flight.
