The UAE has announced its participation in the 54th edition of the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2024, which will be held in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland between 15th and 19th January.

From the UAE side, more than 100 personalities will attend the forum, including leading private sector companies, government officials, senior business leaders, and heads of national companies, whereas 80 percent of the participation from the country is from major national companies and the private sector.

UAE’s active presence in Davos reflects the vision of the President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in strengthening the UAE’s global leadership role across all fields of cooperation and partnership. It also comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in solidifying the global economic key role and competitiveness of the UAE, and exchanging expertise for a sustainable national and global economy.
