Vivasvaan Industrial Company, a firm based in Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad), has signed a strategic manufacturing license agreement with Marley Plumbing and Drainage UK, part of the Aliaxis group of companies, internationally recognized as a leading supplier of construction products.

The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aquaplex Holding, which has over two decades of experience in catering to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and construction supplies industry in the region, with activities on the ground operations across most GCC countries.

Under this agreement, Vivasvaan Industrial Company will manufacture Marley’s PVC Push Fit Soil and ABS Waste range of piping products as per BS Kitemark, the requirements for residential and commercial constructions, industrial and public utility applications.

This agreement will not only reinforce Marley’s position in the GCC-wide region, but also add another distinguished partner to its diverse portfolio of products under the Aliaxis umbrella.

“Our partnership with Marley is a testament to our continuous commitment to the construction supplies segment in the region. As a specialist supplier in MEP and building material products, we are confident that this association will elevate our brand offerings and facilitate our reach to a wider audience across the GCC. The company had earlier this year signed a similar manufacturing license agreement with 80-year-old Marshall-Tufflex producer of uPVC Conduit & Cable Management Systems to BS EN standards, another UK brand whose presence in the GCC market is extremely noteworthy.”

Mr. Amedeo Macchiavello, the Vice President (EMEA) International Business Development of Aliaxis, said that “We are proud to collaborate with Vivasvaan Industrial Company for the manufacturing of Marley products in the region. It has a strong presence in the region, and we are confident that this partnership will enable both companies to jointly cater to the futuristic needs of the construction industry in the region.”
