Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS), has partnered with SRI International (SRI), a research and development leader based in Silicon Valley, USA, and VantageBridge Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
The strategic collaboration, revealed during the flagship ‘ADGHW 2025’, aims to launch ‘Silicon Valley for AI and Healthcare’ Innovation Hub in Abu Dhabi, cementing the Emirate’s position as a global epicenter for AI and healthcare breakthroughs.
The Innovation Hub will advance digital health transformation by promoting startups, driving cutting-edge research, and facilitating the exchange of intellectual property and global expertise.
The partnership agreement was signed in the presence of Mansoor Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), and Hasan Jasem Al Nowais, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of M42.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kareem Shahin, CEO of M42’s Digital Health Solutions platform, Peter Marcotullio, Senior Vice President of Commercialisation at SRI, and Alain Baron, Founder and CEO of VantageBridge Partners.
By combining ADHDS’s cutting-edge healthcare data infrastructure with SRI’s exceptional R&D capabilities and VantageBridge’s expertise in securing investment and market access, this partnership will build a robust ecosystem that attracts top-tier talent, contributes to economic growth, and establishes Abu Dhabi as a key player in AI-driven healthcare.
VantageBridge Partners will lead commercialization activities to support significant investment, while SRI will establish an exclusive relationship with ADHDS for healthcare and AI initiatives across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.
