The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has honored the winners of the 4th Ibdaa Corporate Excellence Award 2025, recognizing exceptional employee contributions that promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the authority.
The award ceremony was attended by Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al Ameri, Acting Director-General of ADAFSA, along with senior officials and representatives from the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. Both ministries participated in evaluating award entries based on defined criteria, ensuring fairness and transparency in the selection process.
Dr. Al Ameri stated that the award is designed to promote corporate excellence and inspire innovation across teams, in line with the vision of the wise leadership and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court and Chairman of ADAFSA.
Dr. Al Ameri pointed out that the initiative contributes to strengthening institutional performance, documenting key achievements, and establishing a creative and efficient work culture where excellence becomes a core principle of government operations.
The ADAFSA Acting Director-General further expressed appreciation for the ministries’ collaborative role in the judging process and commended the efforts of the Strategy and Policy Team for their organization and management of the award. He also extended gratitude to all employees whose efforts contributed to the programs continued success.
Winners were announced across several categories, including best-performing extension centers, fodder markets, and veterinary hospitals and clinics, celebrating their excellence in service delivery and operational innovation.
