Ajman University (AU) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) to drive innovation, professional development, and global best practices across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University, and Hanny Alshazly, Managing Director, Middle East and North Africa, at PMI. The partnership seeks to enhance career readiness and institutional excellence in an increasingly digital and project-driven world.
Under the agreement, PMI will support the launch of a tailored digital platform that offers AU students, faculty, and staff exclusive access to PMI’s extensive suite of professional development resources, including globally recognized certifications, experiential learning opportunities, and engagement with an international network of industry experts.
Additionally, the collaboration includes the co-development of case studies, shared access to academic and professional tools, and joint participation in regional and international events. These initiatives focus on empowering both institutions to offer high-impact educational experiences while cultivating workforce-ready talent.
