The Board of Directors of Al Faleh Educational Holding has made a strategic resolution to recommend the Extraordinary General Assembly a crucial amendment to Article (21) of the company’s Articles of Association.

The proposed amendment seeks to increase the maximum allowed foreign ownership in the company, raising the limit from 49 percent to 100 percent of the company’s total share capital. This change, if approved, will enable the company to attract a wider range of foreign investors and align its ownership structure with broader market trends.

This decision is in line with the provisions of the Foreign Investment Law of the State of Qatar and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its growth potential.

This proposed change is part of Al Faleh Educational Holding’s broader strategy to attract additional investment, increase market liquidity, and expand its shareholder base, which will ultimately benefit both the company and its investors.

As part of the next steps, the Board of Directors of Al Faleh Educational Holding will call for the Extraordinary General Assembly to convene and seek approval from shareholders for the proposed amendment.

Following the assembly’s approval, the company will proceed with obtaining the necessary formal approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities and the Council of Ministers, in compliance with local laws and regulations.

This decision reflects the Al Faleh Educational Holding Board’s ongoing efforts to align the company’s governance and operational structure with evolving market conditions and future growth objectives. The proposed amendment is seen as an important step in the company’s development and will be presented to the assembly for formal approval, marking a key moment in the company’s progress.
