Areen Development, a leading real estate developer in Bahrain, has teamed up with Ahmed Omar Contracting Company, for its landmark ‘Tilal’ residential project within the Al Areen Masterplan.
The signing ceremony was attended by Majed Al Khan, Managing Director of Areen Holding Company, Dr. Ahlam Zainal, CEO of Areen Holding Company and Areen Development, and Raed Mohammed Omar, Managing Director of Ahmed Omar Contracting Company. Held at the headquarters of Areen Holding Company, the ceremony also witnessed the presence of senior officials from both sides.
The construction contract highlights Areen Development’s focus on executing the residential project in line with the approved schedule, with construction starting immediately following the completion of tender procedures.
Tilal, spanning 93,600 square meters, is the third residential development within the broader Al Areen masterplan. The project will include 151 luxury villas and townhouses, featuring three to five bedrooms. The project ensures a contemporary lifestyle with green spaces, community facilities and sweeping views towards Al Areen Wildlife Park.
