Bahrain keen to strengthen economic & trade relations with Kyrgyzstan

Bahrain’s Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has affirmed his country’s commitment to further strengthening economic and trade ties with Kyrgyzstan.

HRH Prince Salman met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, His Excellency Zheenbek Kulubaev Moldokanovich, at Gudaibiya Palace in Manama, Bahrain.

HE Kulubaev Moldokanovich conveyed the President’s greetings to His Majesty and HRH the Deputy King, and in return, His Royal Highness conveyed HM King Hamad’s and his greetings to the President of Kyrgyzstan.

Further, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and his accompanying delegation met Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.

According to the statement, “The Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen bilateral relations with the Kyrgyz Republic through the exchange of official visits and support for dialogue and political consultation between the two sides, which enhances joint cooperation and exchanging experiences in various political, economic, social and cultural fields, benefiting both countries.”

For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Bahrain for their warm reception and hospitality, and its keenness to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries, and joint coordination on regional and international issues.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the relations of cooperation and close friendship between the two countries, and ways to develop bilateral cooperation to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries, in addition to discussing regional and international developments and issues of mutual concern.
