BEEAH Tandeef International Investment Limited, a leading environmental services company based in Sharjah, UAE, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. (KICL), a manufacturer of fertilizers, FMCG and healthcare products.

The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Rafiq Ahmed, Chairman & Managing Director of KICL, and Mr. Fahad Ali Shehail, CEO of BEEAH Environment.

The agreement marks the beginning of a powerful collaboration focused on delivering sustainable waste management, waste-to-energy, and environmental conservation solutions across Tamil Nadu and other potential regions in India.

This strategic partnership will harness the strengths of both organizations, KICL’s legacy and local insight, and BEEAH Tandeef’s global expertise in digital waste systems, smart bins, and clean energy fleets.

Together, the consortium will explore opportunities under India’s Swachh Bharat initiative and other public-private partnership projects.

This MoU reflects KICL’s growing international presence and the trust global leaders place in the vision of Dr. Rafiq Ahmed. It is a proud milestone in our journey to redefine sustainable development in India.

BEEAH Group has been leading in the sustainable and waste management sector with new innovations and collaborations. BEEAH, in partnership with Masdar, established the Emirates Waste to Energy Company (EWTE) to address two critical challenges: managing non-recyclable waste and developing sustainable power solutions.

It is also important to note that BEEAH partnered with Chinook Hydrogen to create the world’s first Super Green Hydrogen from Waste plant.
