Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has reaffirmed that all its banking operations across the UAE remain fully functional and uninterrupted amid ongoing regional developments.
The bank confirmed that all services, systems, digital platforms and customer engagement channels are operating normally, with no disruption to branch, digital or remote banking services.
CBD stated that its uninterrupted operations are supported by established business continuity frameworks, strong liquidity buffers and prudent risk management practices.
According to the bank, it has successfully managed 2.7 million customer interactions across digital and physical branch channels during the recent period, maintaining seamless and secure service delivery.
CBD’s branch network, core banking systems and customer service channels continue to operate without interruption across retail, corporate, commercial and institutional banking activities. The bank said its business continuity and operational resilience frameworks remain fully active to ensure service stability and proactive risk management.
Its omnichannel service model, which integrates a nationwide branch network with digital and remote banking platforms, continues to provide customers with full access to deposits, payments, lending, trade finance, treasury and digital banking services.
