The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched the fourth batch of its For Her program, in collaboration with Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU).

This year’s edition, themed “Women Create Tomorrow: A Vision that Transcends the Present,” aims to empower and inspire women, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to shape the future of the energy and water sectors.

The initiative is part of DEWA’s ongoing commitment to fostering the leadership and innovation capabilities of its female employees, helping them to thrive and excel in the energy and water sectors.

Over nine months, 25 participants will engage in a series of interactive workshops and training courses led by HBMSU experts, exploring topics such as transformational leadership, effective communication, change management, emotional intelligence, and institutional innovation.
