The DIFC Innovation Hub has partnered with Capital.com to launch CapitalHer, a flagship program empowering GCC women with the skills and knowledge to engage confidently in financial markets.
The six-week accelerator-style program is designed specifically for GCC national women and combines financial education, hands-on learning, mentorship, and peer collaboration.
The initiative seeks to address participation gaps in trading and investing by providing an accessible and supportive environment where participants can build market knowledge, test strategies, and learn directly from industry experts.
CapitalHer will select 25 to 30 participants based on motivation and potential, with recruitment supported through the DIFC Innovation Hub’s channels and partner networks.
The program will deliver a structured curriculum that blends foundational financial knowledge with practical market experience.
Workshops and mentoring sessions will run through April 2026, culminating in a Demo Day at the Dubai FinTech Summit, part of Dubai Future Finance Week 2026, where participants will showcase their learning journeys and achievements.
As the first and largest financial technology accelerator across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asian regions, the DIFC Innovation Hub continues to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and talent development across multiple sectors.

“By anchoring this program, we are enabling women across the GCC to build practical financial capability while gaining exposure to the region’s most dynamic FinTech and innovation environment. Through initiatives such as CapitalHer, we are strengthening an inclusive and future-ready financial ecosystem that supports talent development, responsible innovation, and long-term economic growth.”
For Capital.com, the partnership aligns with its focus on financial literacy and responsible market participation. Recent research conducted by the company on the MENA retail trading landscape highlights a young, highly educated, and increasingly active investor base, while also underscoring the need for education-led pathways and greater diversity among market participants.
Tarik Chebib, CEO of Capital.com MENA, stated that, “Education and responsible engagement are at the heart of Capital.com’s mission. Through CapitalHer, we are creating a safe and structured environment for women to learn, practice, and ask questions, with access to mentors, real-time tools, and a supportive peer community.”
The program also aligns with broader efforts by DIFC to shape the future of finance and strengthen the region’s talent ecosystem. Through initiatives such as the DIFC Academy and the Dubai AI Academy, the DIFC Innovation Hub continues to cultivate emerging talent across financial and technology sectors.
