The Dubai Land Department will host PropTech Connect Middle East 2026, the first regional edition of the real estate technology event taking place through 4th to 5th February 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
The event supports the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, which prioritizes digital transformation and innovation in real estate to double the emirate’s economy, enhance global competitiveness, attract high-quality investment, and position Dubai as a global hub for business and the digital economy.
PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 also aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, led by the Dubai Land Department, which focuses on advancing property technology, strengthening data centralization, improving market efficiency and transparency, and delivering a seamless customer experience to drive growth in sector value and transaction volumes.
Through this initiative, the DLD continues to connect the local real estate market with cutting-edge global solutions in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies, reinforcing the sector’s future readiness and Dubai’s leadership in innovation-driven real estate.
The PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 event is expected to attract more than 3,000 participants from around the world and over 1,500 companies across the real estate ecosystem, including owners, developers, operators, occupiers, brokers, and technology and proptech providers, as well as AI specialists and venture capital investors. The diverse gathering is set to enable thousands of one-to-one meetings through interactive platforms.
The conference marks a key milestone in the region’s real estate transformation, with its hosting in Dubai, alongside an exhibition and related activities, aligning with the emirate’s vision to lead digital transformation, accelerate innovation, and build a technology-driven, sustainable real estate ecosystem.
PropTech Connect Middle East is the world’s fastest-growing real estate technology conference, featuring over 200 global speakers from leading real estate, investment, and tech institutions across Europe, the USA, Asia, and the Middle East. The event highlights the latest trends, expertise, and insights driving the sector’s digital transformation.
