Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has partnered with the American technology giant Google to launch ‘Business Online Presence’, a comprehensive digital solution designed to help businesses manage their online presence, maximize visibility and attract new customers in the UAE.

According to the company statement, members of the Dubai Chamber can now use the ‘Business Online Presence’ dashboard to create and verify their business profiles across single or multiple locations on Google Search and Maps.

Those online profiles feature essential business details such as opening hours, contact details, address, and photos. During special seasons, businesses can also post timely deals and promotional packages.

The tool can generate a personalized overall score for each business’ online readiness and reputation management. The members of the Dubai Chamber, whether small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), can utilize the dashboard to standardize brand experience and engage with customers via online reviews, access timely insights like their store visits, and identify operational challenges faster.

Registered firms can also access the ‘Maharat Min Google’ training program to learn the digital skills needed to grow online, according to the company statement. This program is the result of the Chamber’s long-standing cooperation with Google, which has benefited over 100,000 UAE businesses by assisting them in improving their digital presence.
