Dubai Media Incorporated – Dubai TV, and the Ministry of Information – Kuwait Television have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to boost media collaboration across the Gulf region.
The agreement seeks to foster greater exchange of expertise and jointly develop content tailored to the needs of Gulf and Arab audiences, marking a significant step toward closer cooperation between the two media entities.
The signing, organized by the Dubai Press Club, reflects the deep historic ties between the UAE and Kuwait and ongoing efforts to strengthen media cooperation between the two countries.
The MoU was signed on behalf of Dubai Media Incorporated by His Excellency Mohamed AlMulla, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Media Incorporated, and on behalf of Kuwait’s Ministry of Information by Dr. Nasser Muhaisen, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information.
The Dubai Media Incorporated and Kuwait Ministry of Information MoU outlines multiple areas of cooperation between the two entities, including the joint production of television content spanning sports, heritage, culture, and social programming. It also emphasizes the exchange of news, reports, and event coverage, alongside collaborative efforts in advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns across digital platforms and television channels.
Furthermore, the agreement covers the exchange or acquisition of media rights in compliance with applicable regulations, as well as the sharing of expertise, technical support, and training. Additionally, it facilitates logistical coordination to ensure the successful implementation of joint initiatives.

His Excellency Mohamed AlMulla said that the MoU represents a strategic step towards expanding media cooperation pathways, enhancing the exchange of expertise and media content, and supporting the production of diverse programming that meets audience expectations across the region.
HE AlMulla further added that the agreement paves the way for joint television productions, seasonal programming, and cooperation in sports and heritage content, while strengthening shared Gulf cultural identity and enhancing the regional and international presence of Gulf media through institutional collaboration and digital transformation.
