Ellington Properties signs $92.5mn residential project deal with Deja Vu Real Estate

Ellington Properties, Dubai’s leading and award-winning design-led boutique developer, has signed an agreement with entrepreneur Mr. Abdul Razeq Abdul Ahad, through Deja Vu Real Estate, one of the leading real estate brokerages, to develop a new residential project in Dubai Hills Estate.

The project, valued at $92.5 million, will include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in a central location within the Dubai Hills Estate neighborhood.

Dubai Hills Estate is currently a vibrant neighborhood with quick access from all major highways including Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Mohammed bin Zayed Road. It is one of the most sought-after residential destinations in the city.

The 2,700-acre Dubai Hills Estate features an 18-hole championship golf course in the center of the community, as well as over 1.45 million square meters of parks and open spaces, 54 kilometers of cycling trails, a central Dubai Hills Park, and the upcoming Dubai Hills Mall.
