Fuze, a regulated financial services infrastructure provider with operations across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, has opened its new office at Expo City Dubai.

Spanning over 8,000 square feet, the project was designed by one of the Middle East’s most respected architectural firms, Seen Architects, with fit-out conducted by homegrown Dubai studio, Livespace.

The office is part of Fuze’s strategic growth plans, as it accelerates its compliant operations across the region. Fuze is locally regulated in Dubai by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and is actively hiring for roles within the new office including administration, compliance, sales and technology positions.

The new open plan space is designed to provide versatile and functional workspaces, innovation areas, and green biophilic features to enhance mental wellbeing. The office, which is just 200 meters from the Wasl Plaza, has been planned as a hub of innovation and creativity, with the dynamic environment designed to connect office teams with work-from-anywhere colleagues.

“We are thrilled to open our new office on the historic Expo City Dubai site. We are committed to building our team in the UAE and this incredible office hub provides an anchor point for our regional colleagues. The space provides a focal point for collaboration and allows us to expand our AI lab, to drive innovation and enhanced compliance. We look forward to providing our regulated services to banks, institutions and fintechs from our new headquarters.”

Standout features of the new office are two outdoor terraces with landscaped gardens and panoramic views of Expo City. There are also a variety of meeting rooms, soundproofed work pods, a canteen and coffee bar, live crypto tracker jumboscreen and even a Playstation gaming hub to unwind.

Design commenced in April 2025 and in less than four months, the entire interior finishing was completed. Seen Architects oversaw the project, led by Dr. Mohammad Sayed Ahmad, an award-winning architect with global experience for the likes of Foster and Partners, Kengo Kuma Architects and Associates, and Shigeru Ban Architects.

The fit-out was conducted by Livespace, a Dubai studio specializing in interior design and branding. The firm’s previous experience includes several locations across the Expo site and various projects for the likes of Flynas, Livenation, Nakheel, Standard Chartered, Tiffany & Co, and more.
