European leader in finished vehicle logistics GEFCO has partnered with multinational logistics company DP World for new car solutions through its Emirates subsidiary.
As a result of this collaboration, GEFCO UAE now provides automotive customers with a versatile, integrated solution for vehicle storage and handling in covered parking at DP World, the UAE Region’s flagship, Jebel Ali Port.
GEFCO UAE has been providing vehicle handling and stock maintenance services in covered parking at DP World, which offers protection from hailstorms, sunshine, and dust. Automotive manufacturers can save money on transportation by using GEFCO’s flexible, tailor-made solutions, which include storage, stock servicing, and other value-added services that meet international standards. Customers can also check on the condition of their vehicles through a dedicated GEFCO portal.
GEFCO’s role in the UAE sector, where it has been operating for more than eight years, is strengthened by this partnership with DP World. GEFCO UAE provides a full range of logistics facilities, including sea freight from factories to Jebel Ali Port, shipping, storage, stock servicing, inventory management, and outbound transportation through Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) to GCC countries as well as Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, and Africa.
