The Global Insurance Conference and Exhibition ‘Ingate’ has concluded in Riyadh after three days of insightful sessions, discussions, and networking events held from November 10 to 12, bringing together industry leaders, experts, and policymakers from around the world.
Organized by the Insurance Authority of Saudi Arabia in its first edition under the theme “Step into Tomorrow,” Ingate has brought together more than 150 local and international entities and over 100 international speakers, including global insurance industry experts and leaders, with around 9,000 visitors and participants from inside and outside the Kingdom.
The Ingate conference featured more than 40 panel discussions and specialized workshops that explored the future of the insurance industry in light of rapid digital transformation, technological innovation, and growing sustainability trends, highlighting strategies to enhance resilience and growth in the global insurance sector.
The event also discussed policy and regulatory development and ways to expand investment in the sector. The accompanying exhibition, held over an area of 15,000 square meters, offered visitors an integrated educational and interactive experience.
During the Ingate conference, at least 22 cooperation and memorandum of understanding agreements were signed with local and international entities to advance the insurance ecosystem, promote digital innovation, enhance service efficiency, protect beneficiaries, and strengthen the sector’s overall competitiveness and sustainability.
Ingate Global Insurance Conference and Exhibition also witnessed the announcement of new licenses for insurance and brokerage companies, alongside the unveiling of several digital initiatives, including the insurance integration platform ‘Reg-Tech Hub’ to support digital transformation, the establishment of the Insurance Data Lake to enhance information sharing and analytics capabilities, and the implementation of the Digital Maturity Assessment Project aimed at improving service efficiency, operational performance, and the overall beneficiary experience.
