Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), the aerospace platform of Dubai South, has officially launched its Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex, a major development aimed at supporting the growing aviation and aerospace industry in the region.

Spanning 24,900 square metres, the new Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex features 33 purpose-built units designed to accommodate a wide range of aviation-related activities.

The facility offers modern, scalable spaces with flexible configurations, allowing units to be combined or adapted to meet evolving operational requirements.

Strategically located within MBRAH, the Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex is set to support aviation and aerologistics operators as part of Dubai South’s fully integrated ecosystem. The development is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2027.

The Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex is part of MBRAH’s broader strategy to provide global aerospace players with high-level connectivity and operational support.

MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination for leading airlines, private jet companies, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers, and other aviation-related industries, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a key hub for the aerospace sector.
