The Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen Initiative in Makkah has hosted a dialogue session focusing on the role of partnerships in strengthening trust and advancing development, as part of its intellectual programs addressing development and economic issues shaping the future of Makkah.

The event brought together specialists and stakeholders in investment and development. The session highlighted public–private partnerships as a key driver of development and investment in major cities.

The program also discussed the role of the real estate market in attracting investment and financing, explaining that strong market activity enhances investor confidence and supports the launch of projects that improve the urban landscape and urban environment.

The session underscored Makkah’s unique status as a city of global religious and historical significance, stressing the need for development projects that respect this character while providing high-quality services for residents and visitors and enhancing quality of life in the Holy City.

The discussion presented ideas for developing the investment environment in Makkah by enhancing transparency and advancing strategic partnerships, supporting the attraction of high-quality investments and sustainable economic development.

Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen initiative

The third edition of the Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen, a leading platform for exchanging opportunities in Makkah, has been held under the theme ‘Makkah Inspires the World’. The platform, organized by the Holy Makkah Municipality, hosts exceptional Ramadan evenings focused on dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cross-sector engagement.

The edition of Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen initiative hosts more than 65 speakers, including executive leaders and decision-makers from across all three sectors, alongside futurists, entrepreneurs, and leading voices in culture and inspiration from artists, writers, media professionals, and innovators.

The Mirkaz Al-Balad Al-Ameen targets 12 key sectors: technology and digital transformation, financial investment, communications and media, real estate development, transport and logistics, banking services, youth and sports, tourism and culture, hospitality and catering, Hajj and Umrah, the third sector, and healthcare.
