The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) and Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) have strengthened their long-standing partnership through a new initiative focused on talent development, digital learning, and human capital enhancement.

As part of the collaboration, a delegation from KPC visited NBK’s headquarters to exchange expertise in training and development, explore global best practices in employee skills enhancement, and identify opportunities for deeper cooperation in workforce development.

Dedicated learning platform

A key outcome of the partnership is the development of a dedicated e-learning platform for employees participating in the Talent Management Program across KPC and its subsidiaries.

The platform has been established on NBK’s advanced digital learning system and is designed to provide a comprehensive educational experience aligned with evolving workforce development requirements.

The platform offers a broad range of learning pathways covering leadership development, competency-building programs, mandatory training courses, and recommended educational content.

As part of the initiative, 120 employees enrolled in the Talent Management Program across KPC and its subsidiaries have been granted access to NBK’s learning platform.

The initiative is expected to contribute to strengthening a culture of self-learning while enabling participants to stay abreast of developments in their respective fields. It also supports broader organizational objectives related to efficiency, productivity, and institutional performance.

The collaboration reflects the shared vision of NBK and KPC to invest in human capital, adopt international best practices in workforce development, and create sustainable value through continuous learning and professional growth.
