Polynome Group has unveiled the ‘AI Academy’, an AI-centered educational initiative, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber.
The AI Academy seeks to cultivate a new generation of AI leaders by combining cutting-edge research with real-world industry insights, reinforcing the Middle East’s position as a key player in global AI innovation.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, at the annual professional AI summit “Machines Can See”.
Initially, the academy will introduce a series of short-format programs for executives, high-level government officials, and technical specialists. These sessions will revolve around key AI concepts, national strategies, generative AI tools, and executive-level applications—bringing AI closer to leaders across various sectors. The offerings will also be available in multiple languages.
Following this, the AI Academy will roll out the Chief AI Officer Programme (CAIO), a flagship leadership program spanning 3–4 months, aimed at empowering a new wave of AI decision-makers. It includes eight advanced modules, and will equip participants with a comprehensive foundation in AI strategy, governance, and deployment across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and public administration.
Participants will also get the opportunity to engage in exclusive seminars by leading scientists and global industry leaders, where they can explore the latest research and innovations in areas such as computer vision, large language models, sovereign AI, and AI ethics. These sessions are designed to foster meaningful dialogue, practical insight, and strategic foresight for those shaping the region’s AI future.
