The Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has introduced a new hotline aimed at enhancing communication with suppliers and retail outlets.

This initiative is designed to foster stronger ties within the business community and support the continued growth and development of the country’s commercial landscape.

The ministry announced that suppliers and retail partners can now share their inquiries and feedback through the hotline (16001), as part of its efforts to enhance cooperation with market stakeholders and improve the efficiency of commercial services.

Qatar MoCI said that the initiative reflects its commitment to building stronger partnerships with suppliers and retailers while encouraging them to provide suggestions that could help refine procedures, boost market efficiency, and enhance services across the sector.

Through the hotline, businesses will be able to directly communicate their concerns, inquiries, and recommendations to the ministry, contributing to the ongoing development of the commercial ecosystem in the State of Qatar.

The ministry emphasized that engaging with suppliers and retail outlets and listening to their feedback is an important step toward improving procedures and ensuring that services provided to the business community continue to evolve in line with market needs.

Furthermore, MoCI confirmed the availability of goods and products across retail outlets in Qatar and called for following the official guidelines and purchasing according to actual needs to promote responsible consumption.

In a post on its X platform, the Ministry confirmed the continued availability, ensuring consumer needs are consistently met. It also emphasized the importance of following official guidelines, purchasing based on actual needs, and fostering a culture of responsible consumption.
