Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), founded by Qatar Foundation (QF), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Snoonu Trading and Services to advance digital transformation and expand career services across Qatar.

The agreement was signed by Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji, Executive Director of QCDC, and Hamad Mubarak Al Hajri, Founder and CEO of Snoonu.

The partnership establishes a structured framework for cooperation aimed at strengthening the digital infrastructure supporting QCDC’s programs and enhances service delivery to students, parents, educators, and career practitioners.

Expanding access through digital integration

The partnership centers on expanding QCDC’s main career counseling program, Al-Dileela, by using Snoonu’s digital platform.

The service will be available in the ‘Snoonu City’ section of the Snoonu app, making it easier for users to find the program, book sessions, and participate without complications.

Al-Dileela connects users virtually with qualified career guidance specialists through structured one-on-one sessions. The program is designed to support young people at critical education and career transition stages, enabling informed decision-making based on individual strengths, aspirations, and labor market trends.

By embedding the service within a widely used digital platform, the initiative aims to simplify access, improve responsiveness, and ensure timely support for beneficiaries across Qatar. The integration is expected to enhance user experience while preserving the personalized nature of professional counseling.

Speaking at the signing, Al-Kharji highlighted the growing importance of digital access in career development services. He noted that the partnership reflects QCDC’s commitment to modernizing service delivery, strengthening program impact, and aligning with national priorities in education, training, and human capital development.

Al Hajri emphasized that Snoonu focuses on enabling digital transformation across community and education services. He stated that leveraging the company’s technology infrastructure will help make career guidance more flexible and accessible, supporting youth and families in planning their academic and professional pathways.
